The RAUNJIBA Design Center, or RDC for short, is a versatile warehouse space that can be customized to meet your indoor and outdoor event needs. Whether you're planning a corporate event, fundraiser, product presentation, exhibition, or intimate gathering, RDC is the perfect venue for you.
With a 12' beam height and 25' vaulted ceiling, the space is both impressive and flexible. Our in-house capabilities include event design services, lighting and A/V equipment, furnishings, and access to an onsite fabrication shop that can fully customize your event environment. This means that we can help you bring your vision to life with ease and without the need to outsource to multiple vendors.

Are furnishings available?
RDC's in house design shop is prepared top customize your environment. Providing seating and furnishing layouts to suit your needs.
Custom lighting and audio available as well.
Who can cater our event?
RDC can provide a list of licensed recommended caterers
Where can our guests park?
There is a parking lot available weekends & limited street parking.
Valet parking can be made available for an additional fee.

What's included with your rental?
- Four (4) hours of rental time consisting of one (1/2) hour for set up, five (3) hours for event and
one (1/2) hour for cleaning and breakdown
Full Day
- Seven (7) hours of rental time consisting of one (1) hour for set up, five (5) hours for event and
one (1) hour for cleaning and breakdown
Additional fees Apply for the following
-RDC Door staff / Security Personnel, Bartenders, Servers & Caterers
Additional set-up and breakdown hours will be billed at a cost of $125/hour
Ticketed & public events subject to an additional staffing fees
Active military discount of ten percent (10%)
Non-profit discount of ten percent (10%) for 501(c)3s
