A unique & versatile warehouse for intimate, curated events for up to 125 guests.

RDC is an indoor and outdoor customizable warehouse space with a 12' beam height and 25' vaulted ceiling. Ideal for corporate events, fundraisers, product presentations, exhibitions and intimate gatherings.

RDC provides event design services, lighting and A/V services, furnishings and an onsite fabrication shop equipped to fully customize your environment.

Where can our guests park?

There is limited street parking in the area .

Valet parking can be made available for an additional fee. 

What is your pricing structure?

Rates are based on the areas of the space you wish to use.

What's included with your rental? 

- Eight (8) hours of rental time consisting of two (2) hours for set up, five (5) hours for      event and one (1) hour for cleaning and breakdown

 

-On-site venue manager

-Basic door staff / security personnel during event time. (Bartenders, servers & caterers, additional fee)

-WiFi for you and your vendors to support up to 4 devices​

Additional set-up and breakdown hours will be billed at a cost of $125/hour

Ticketed & public events subject to an additional staffing fees

Active military discount of ten percent (10%)

Non-profit discount of ten percent (10%) for 501(c)3s
